Technoton Construction B.V. is founded by Kalemci Yapi Endüstri ve Ticaret A.S. and Ozgur Holding (a Netherlands Company) in The Netherlands in June 2002. Each partner holds 50 % of the shares in the company.

Rijnmond Energy Center Project, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Started in August 2002 and finalized in June 2004; Technoton is performed the civil works of the Rijnmond Energy Center Project, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Natural Stone Works, West Africa
Technoton started in February 2004 and finalized in June 2006, 3 projects in West Africa (Cameroon, Guinea, Mali), with total amount of 22.500 m2 ventilated façade ladding, stone flooring and pavement.
