Contracting businesses for residences and office buildings started in 1944 by three brothers, Mustafa, Ismail and Nesat Kalemci and continued with participation of Kamil Kalemci in 1976 and KALEMCI YAPI ENDUSTRI VE TICARET A.S. was established in 1990 in Ankara by combination of construction experiences of Kamil Kalemci and Veli Balkir Gurpinar whose friendship goes back to high school years.
Within 23 years followed by the foundation of KALEMCI YAPI A.S., has successfully realized important construction commitment works and turnkey projects such as motorways, subway tunnels, power plants, housing complexes, industrial structures and shopping malls.
KALEMCI YAPI A.S. realizes the abroad construction projects since year 2002. For this purpose, it has formed KALEMCI GROUP by establishing KALEMCILER YAPI VE TICARET A.S. in the homeland and TECHNOTON CONSTRUCTION BV / THE NETHERLANDS, TURUN YAPI ENDUSTRI MADENCILIK VE TICARET A.S. / TURKEY and RUSSIA, ROTU CONSTRUCTION AND TRADE S.R.L / ROMANIA, KALEMCI YAPI A.S. / ROMANIA and CBG INTERNATIONAL INC. / PANAMA companies abroad.
In its 19th year, KALEMCI YAPI A.S., together with KALEMCI GROUP Companies and foreign partners has successfully completed the contracting activities in three continents such as Asia, Europe and Africa and KALEMCI YAPI A.S. has been maintaining performing its commitments.
The main objective of KALEMCI YAPI A.S. is to accomplish all of its businesses in accordance with certificates of ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety and also in accordance with international norms, to sustain Integral Management System with high quality understanding, to develop excellent quality, to create secure environment at work by providing guaranteed employment for its Turkish and foreign staff, to train conscious, sensitive and qualified personnel in the fields of safety at work, workers health, environmental effects, quality and planning areas and finally to convey its experiences to the next generations.
